Urgently looking for Manager-Modern Trade (North & East)
- Developing and managing a long term customer strategy and relationship with the Heads for the categories within customers
- Contributing to the overall sales and commercial strategy and objectives of the business
- Achieving/exceeding all key sales measures and targets for the national account (Gross Margin, NWC, trade spend)
- Defining and leading the process of negotiating annual customer trade terms
- Working in close partnership with the marketing and trade marketing functions to ensure development and implementation of customer category strategy and best in class 4P execution through the operations team
- Developing the customer promotion and product launch plans, ensuring excellent implementation from the Key Accounts Team
- Coaching and assisting where necessary in the customer negotiations of the Key Account Managers
- Leading and developing the Key Accounts Team
- Working with ASMs-KAMs to develop best in class coverage that delivers superior ROI
- Assisting/Coaching team to secure the Sales team KPIs
Requirement :
- MBA from a top B-School with experience in Modern trade sales for atleast 5 years in the FMCG Industry.
- Should possess strong communication, analytical and financial skills with a good P&L understanding.
- Should be self motivated, ambitious and have the ability to understand and work within the framework of the company strategy.
