Position- Zonal Sales Manager_LAP
Job location - Delhi
CTC- Upto 30 LPA
Band/ Grade: 2
Key Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for driving and delivering budget numbers on Balance Sheet and Interest Income, Fee and Cross Sell Revenues month on month for LAP business in the respective zone.
- Responsible for driving the execution of growth initiatives to deliver top notch performance, desired productivity, market presence and zonal level profitability in line with company strategy and objectives.
- Responsible for hiring, managing and motivating the Team and Individual performance.
- Drive the activation and delivery agenda for new locations.
- To provide sponsorship support to the deals and client engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
- To build a strong credit orientation and familiarity in the team.
Education
MBA / CA with strong academic and co-curricular background
Work Experience
- 15-18 years of LAP Lending experience.
- Preferably in NBFC environment.
- Should have strong demonstrated performance and delivery in previous assignments.
- Should have handled Teams for at least 3 years.
