Requisites:

Candidates must be from tier 1 colleges with 2-5Yrs of exp

Candidates must have channel sales experience with FMCG/Consumer durable industry

He should be flexible in terms of the locations as we have openings for North, South and East Region.

JD In Brief:

Distribution excellence

- Create distribution strategy and blue print for respective geography

- Implementation of efficient Supply chain mechanism to create sustainable partner ROI models

- Partner life cycle management: onboarding, performance evaluation & improvement

Retail excellence:

- Ensure optimum outlet extraction through market inputs

- Deploy LRE/promoters/IBO's

- Ensure availability through adherence to placement norms

- Ensure visibility through optimum marketing elements

- Ensure recommendation at retail through product knowledge & market hygiene

Lead People

Career progression

- leading team of 10-12 incumbents for given geography

- Empower & engage team members through appraisals & skill building

- Facilitate recruitment, onboarding & mentoring
