1. Responsible for monthly target setting area and distributor wise.
2. Responsible for smooth functioning of distributor & retailer.
3. Develop new distributors and ensure smooth functioning.
4. Responsible for payment and distributor issues.
5. Develops and increases sales revenue, market penetration, improves profitability in order to meet assigned targets.
6. Participates in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs.
7. Trains the Cell (On-The-Job & Off-The-Job) on a regular basis in order to ensure that they are well informed and well skilled at all times.
8. Checks on competitive activity- analysis rates/schemes/activities and develops new methods of attaining resellers and assisting resellers in attaining new accounts.
9. Responsible for identifying appropriate consumer offers, retail engagement offers, distributor offers, incentive/QPS for channel partners for enabling sales/offtake and deploying in timely manner.
10. Responsible for gross profitability of the zone across entire portfolio.
11. Responsible for following and ensuring adherence of company policies and framework across the sales team and stakeholders.
12. Support the strategic plans of the business by aligning the regional business goals to the company goals.
13. Providing necessary inputs and assistance to various senior management executives and support teams heads on a timely and regular basis.
14. Ensure all systems are updated and working as per standard.
15. Ensure budgets, costs, compliances and profits are in line with company strategy.
16. Ensure all necessary reports / MIS are generated on a regular and timely basis
