Position - Zonal Sales Manager (North)

Key Responsibilities :
- Encompass accountability of company's sales turnover and net realization target by effective sales policies, distribution policies for the assigned zone
- Designing short term and long term sales strategies for achieving the annual target of the zone
- Developing distribution channels to ensure they have the know how and support to successfully sell our products
- Collaborating with SCM team to ensure timely delivery of products with accurate sales forecast
- Develop and handle conventional & modern trade customers & service key accounts in the region
- Laying down and implementation of budget matrix i.e., Sales budget, Sales force budget, Operating expense budget etc.
- Identification of right mix of channel partners to optimally reach the retail outlets, handle channel partner grievances & improve performance metrics
- Developing new areas and business opportunities for product categories with marketing team
- Market research & sales forecasting for new product launches in the region
