J&K till Rajasthan (J&K, Punjab, Haryana, H.P., Chandigarh, U.P. Uk, Delhi, Rajasthan)

- Hands-on experience specially in U.P. & UK

- Min. 10 years of experience

- MBA (Sales & Marketing) added advantage

Reporting to: Management

Will handle a team size of 125 people

Job location - Ludhiana

ZSM - North Must have covered all north with focus on UP and UK

1. Responsible for making the annual plan and complete management of sales targets and distribution.

2. Monthly/Weekly Sales planning and forecasting

3. Create Primary sales channel and its management in vacant areas of the said geography

4. Track competition & make proactive plans to counter the new entrants and existing market players

5. Responsible to Launch NBD products in the market. Make launch plans and ensure its execution in the market.

6. Mentor, motivate and guide RSM ensuring sales - business generation and achieving budgeted figures on monthly/weekly basis

7. Training subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting trainings on products, selling skills, lead generation and closing skills

8. Should be traveling to different territories with his team to guide them

9. Implementation of sale schemes & marketing plans in the area assigned
