Education : MBA Preferred

- Work exp 10 to 15 year in sales ,business development operation, relationship building ,strategic planning, channel management and team management in FMCG food segment , presently must be working as RSM OR senior sales manager must be handling 2 or 3 states role to play -to take care of the complete channel distribution network for the entire south region

- Provide strategic directions to ASM RSM , There by driving growth for respective channels

- Facilitate growth of individual brands and ensure deliveries of marketing plans

- Souls be handling ASMS RSMS

- Smart knowledge of particular area with good brand only

- Should be open for travelling and have good net working presentation and team management skills
