Managing a team of 5-6 individuals.
Primary Responsibility: Drive continuous improvement in Sales, Specifications & Field Marketing in the assigned Zone to meet business objectives, including sales process enhancement and infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive zone initiatives to meet sales objectives, focusing on market development, distribution expansion, and sales operations.
- Address critical zone issues impacting sales, taking necessary actions or escalation.
- Support national business initiatives from the headquarters.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and service teams to develop authorized applicators.
- Ensure expertise in systems, processes, policies, and business modules (SPPB), including training and feedback collection.
- Manage recruitment, retention, and clarity of roles & responsibilities for field managers and employees.
- Engage with top customers, consultants, and stakeholders to gather feedback and improve business aspects.
- Monitor inventory, receivables, and commercial policies; drive dealer programs and demand generation.
- Take direct responsibility for scheme design, competition strategy, and governance processes.
- Coordinate with NSM and Marketing teams for budgeting and execution of marketing activities.
Additional Focus Areas:
- Achieve Specifications targets and operationalize SPPB.
