- Overall responsibility for managing channel sales

- Handling direct dealers, distributor, Exclusive brand outlets and hyper market.

- Lead the business development efforts in the zone through branches

- Provide long term perspective and segment wise direction to the branch managers

- Planning and monitoring new product launches

- Overall responsibility of hiring, developing and appraising the zonal employees
