Reporting Head: Divisional Head Job Role: Zonal Sales Manager YOUR ROLE SPECIFICATIONS: - Sales Leader for the multiple Area Sales Managers - Coordinating Team of ASM- s, Area Sales Executives and Field Executives - Coordinating with IT, MIS, Trade Marketing and Sales Development Team - Responsible for month forecasting for the zone and attain forecast accuracy for the same - Responsible for business delivery, sales planning, forecasting, supply chain efficiency, commercial hygiene and local HR involving movements, promotions, and recruitment within the zone - Plan and operationalize annual sales targets and GTM strategy to achieve sales objective - Coach, motivate and lead team members - Developing execution efficiencies and driving initiatives in the geography - Play a pivotal role at the region and supports the RSM in driving the sales objectives for the region. SKILLS REQUIRED: - Post Graduate degree (MBA) in Sales &amp; marketing from a premier B-school. - Total experience of 7+ years in Sales of which at least 3-4 years should be in Line Sales in FMCG sector. - The incumbent should have led a team, be strong on execution and acquired a well-developed ability in influencing senior business leaders. - Deep Analytical and critical thinking skills. - Good interpersonal skills to navigate cross-functional teams. - Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Capable of managing indirect teams. - Proactive planning and priority setting skills. - Ability to thrive in ambiguity &amp; demonstrates high energy, drive &amp; perseverance. - Highly consumer and customer - centricity.
