- Analyze and ensure distributor's appointment and robust distribution of products
- Develop relationship management with trade partners and ensure proper guidance to them.
- Need to understand fund requirement from the market to achieve desired business.
- Ensure required infrastructure is available with Distributor to meet volume targets
- Annual budget preparation and sales planning for the zone.
- Business planning & zonal strategy.
- Market intelligence and responsible for proper reporting / feedback on competitors' activities and suggestion for improvement.
- Find out new business opportunities for overall business growth and retain the agreed market share.
- Coordination between C&FA, Company and indenting logistics stock management
- Periodical sales review and analysis.
