Work Experience : 12-23 years- experience in sales, business development, operations, relationship building, strategic planning, channel management and team management in the FMCG sector
Industry Preference : FMCG (Food/ Non-Food)
CTC : Depend on Current CTC
Job Responsibility :
- To Take care of the complete Channel Distribution network for the entire region.
- Provide strategic direction to the team thereby driving growth for respective channels.
- Facilitate growth of individual brands and ensure deliveries of Marketing plans
- Analyze, monitor and develop strategies to enhance distribution reach through RTM
- Ensure effective New product introductions through effective RTM
- Develop specific strategies for different trade segments and ensure optimum utilization of Trade Marketing resources
- Ensuring commercial hygiene compliance, forecast accuracy
- Coaching and developing the sales team to improve competencies and effectiveness in the areas of Customer Management / Meeting Effectiveness and Field Implementation.
- Managing stockist and trade relationship by anticipating proactively and resolving issues, minimizing stockist and field force attrition.
- Monitor competitor activity - anticipate and develop strategies to counter competition's efforts
- Facilitate compliance to corporate guidelines on Sales Systems and processes through active communication and control mechanisms.
