Brief Description
Need Zonal/ Regional Manager from FMCG background handling East Zone. Role is profit centre head where in one will look after Sales, Marketing, Commercial, HR aspects of given area.
Job Description
- The core role of ZSM is to Create right infrastructure for managing and enhancing business in Zone
- Responsible for Sales Value & volume for Regular / Volume Building products of various products of company
- Identification & Effective implementation of Major and Key Initiatives in the areas of Market Development, Distribution Expansion, Sales Operation
Key responsibilities
1) Define & monitor Work plan
2) Take ownership & corrective action of persistent competition affected areas and cohensive increase the Penetration
3) Drive effective implementation of Policies, Modules & provide feedback / suggestion for further enhancement
4) Spotting results and replicating success stories across the zone
5) Drive the market with the team and guiding implementation and obstacle busting
6) Drive effective channel management by covering gaps in market servicing, Outlet coverage gaps, Gaps in Productivity & Range Selling
7) Maintaining relationship with channel partners through regular contact programmes
9) Analysis of Scheme performance analysis and feedback to HO
Management of undesired inventory & overdue receivable- Monitor inventory pile up in slow & non moving SKUs and drive actions to reduce
Desired Candidate Profile,
Candidate must have a Post Graduate Degree in Management from a premier institute with 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in Sales in FMCG Organisations
