The job responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to

- Building channel productivity

- Increase distribution spread

- Managing local retailer relationships

- Managing team performance and motivation in a highly competitive market

- Increase net additions and acquisitions

- Managing & Training sales workforce to leverage opportunities for cross-selling of different products

- To ensure customer Satisfaction by keeping a check on operating procedures & grievances
