- Deliver top-line volume and value for given area.
- Develop sales infrastructure and implement best practices of distribution.
- Plan and implement channel and marketing activities based on an understanding of competitor product portfolio, market trend, and trade and customer segment .
- Build and manage professional relationships with Major accounts
- Effectively lead a team of Managers ,Dealers /Distributors and other third party members to function effectively towards a common goal.
