Location- Mumbai-1,Kolkata-1,Patna-1,Bhubaneswar -1 & Guwahati-1

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

- Provide category leadership for the portfolio(s) assigned, within the geographic region assigned. Develop deep buyer, market and category level insights and partner with various teams, to drive the sustainable and profitable growth of Company

- Drive planning & execution of category and subcategory level business plans for the month, quarter and year. Ensure the achievement of targets set, and an optimal portfolio mix to ensure profitability.

- Drive Numeric & Weighted Distribution coverage as per plans, ensuring the acquisition of new buyers onto the platform, as well as their repeat monthly purchase behaviour

- Capture a higher category share of wallet by influencing enabling factors like fit-to-market selection and pricing on platform, adequate credit assignment, multi-level engagement from FOS, RLs and self, etc.

- Plan and successfully drive the execution of all cyclical marketing inputs, new launches, DTR brand and private label launches, and all other key initiatives

- Set stretch goals for self and team, and drive execution to actualize the same

- Ensure the regular and productive deployment of a right-sized team (FOS, RLs) to ensure effective buyer coverage and execution of all other deliverables

- Optimize the cost of doing business, while maximizing the GMV throughput per FOS

- Drive the people development agenda, in terms of setting up people for success by providing them the right foundation to deliver on the the expectations of their roles, and also create the right on-the-job coaching framework to raise their level of performance.

- Analytical Ability: Is able to use different methods of analysis to get to the depth of a problem statement, and identify specific levers and potential solutions for the same.

- Team Leadership: Has the ability to lead large teams, and creates a high performance, result oriented work culture.

- People Development: invests bandwidth and energy into the development of members of his/her team. Understands how to nurture and develop talent.
