- Responsible for leading the Retail, Distribution and Projects business for West India
- Generate Sales of approx. Rs 250 Crs. in FY
- To extract sales from existing network / project accounts
- To create roadmap to appoint new dealers / projects
- Liase with Product Marketing to analyze product portfolio and new products
- Identify and nurture talent and deploy top talent into role of increasing complexity
- Will work on Special projects and products
- Responsible for managing the channel
- Strategic expansion in the territory
- Continuously develop and coach the team
- Responsible for the market initiatives, product placements and strengthen the bottom line.
