We are Looking a candidate for a Leading MNC in a Building material Hardware Company

Position:- Zonal Sales Manager.

Reports to: Regional Manager.

Experience:- 10 -12 Years.

Location:- Chandigarh. (Handling Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, J&K, Haryana)

CTC:- 15.0 Lac. - 17.0 Lac.

Responsibility & Requirements:

- Plan and deliver the Revenue objectives for Retail business vertical at zonal level.

- Develop and manage the implementation of Retail business strategies, go-to market plans and product roadmaps.

- Plan annual, quarterly operational plan at zonal level.

- Set up and manage proper distribution channel and review distribution performance

- Manage gross margin ambitions and control the same with proper price management.

- Design and implement various channel schemes and promotional activities to drive and engage the channel.

- Manage team of Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives, Retail project officers at zonal basis with high energy to motivate to deliver superior growth.

- Have Functional knowledge of retail business in building material industry in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, J&K, Haryana and a strong drive to deliver very high growth.

- Assist the Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives, Retail project officers to manage and deliver their respective plans and objectives.

- Build and manage the Demand generation team to drive the digital category

- Plan and monitor various channel metrics like PPI/Town Penetration levels etc.

- Ensure the timely collection of outstanding by reviewing with the frontline Managers.

- Travel extensively in the assigned territory to generate business.

Soft Skills:-

1. Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate the retail sales team.

2. Analytical skills to develop suitable action plans

3. Ability to communicate with high energy.

Functional understanding of retail business in the building material industry.
