- To evolve & achieve Annual Business Plans/ Quarterly Business Plan for the defined region, referring to budgets, coverage and volume through the team.
- To ensure accurate Sales forecasting -SKU wise for the region based on sound analysis.
- Heading Entire South India business
- Will be responsible to manage both Modern Trade and General Trade
- Managing Team at each Depot and Branch
- Managing Team of Distribution Sales and also Modern Trade
- Must have good experience in managing a large territory
- Must have very good experience in General and Modern Trade
- Responsible for the complete management of sales targets and distribution for a South zone for the entire range of products.
- Responsible for Primary, Secondary sales for the entire south zone.
- Handling distributors, looking after major key accounts. Negotiating & organizing makeover activities in all the Major accounts.
- Develops sales strategies for his Zone in conjunction with National Sales Manager & Drives key initiatives in the zone through his team of Front line & field staff.
- Manages the environment (Customers, Influencers). Identifies opportunities and manages them in a favourable manner.
