Required Education and Experience
- Graduate (preferably BE/B.Tech) & MBA with good experience in sales & marketing experience in dealing directly with Channel Sales, contractors, project owners, Architects & Consultants
- Must be from Bath fitting or Sanitary ware Industry
- Should have proven track record with managing a big team of Sales force with good business acumen and analytical skills.
- Should be self-motivated and goal-oriented person
- Good experience and understanding on Product & projects
- Should have sound knowledge about Northern and Western markets.
- Requires extensive travelling.
Key Result Areas
- Making Watertec brands as the preferred brand in Western region
- Deliver on sales targets, & manage end to end deals
- Ensure coverage of underrepresented/ un-represented areas. Identify weak markets and create developmental plans / programs.
- Maintain Long term relationship with External Stakeholders like Dealers, Developers, builders and Architects.
- Deliver results through Value Engineering & Increase in Product margin mix.
- Identify emerging new users & areas for increasing the product sales
- Focus on the key clients & develop long term relationships
- Ensure coverage of underrepresented/ un-represented areas. Identify weak markets and create developmental plans / programs.
