- To Identify the Potential South India Bakery Markets in 5 States & Identify relevant Industry Networking as per the requirement

- Drives ASM's to Identify- Appoint -Drive and Manage Potential Distributors all across South India

- Manage Teams To ensure execution of sales process and increase sales volume & profitability by increasing Bakery Outlets.

- Strategize in converting top key accounts in Bakery industry for sustainable volumes

- Team Management- Build and Drive Fats business by Motivating and guiding a team in line with company goals and objective

- Forecasting, planning and driving execution through Data analysis and updating on Bakery trends

- Responsible for P n L of Entire South India Business as defined by the Business head

- Ensuring Affective Marketing Strategies and Counter-Strategies

- MIS Management on internal and external environment
