Position : Zonal Sales Manager - South
Job Location : Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Chennai
Exp : 14-18 Years in any Tyre, auto ancillary, Paint , lubricates , adhesive ,abrasives, construction chemical, Cement etc.
Must have experience in Channel Sales / B2C
Qualification : MBA / PGDM- Full time
Job Responsibilities :
- Engaged in managing business development operation with profit accountability of the entire South Zone.
- Piloting directional settings for Sales Team & distributors on different parameters while focusing on products, segment, profitable SKU's wise and so on
- Managing budgeting and forecasting of sales on quarterly / yearly basis
- Supervising team's performance according to the defined objective & proposing training courses to improve their technical & soft skills.
- Developing distributor infrastructure blueprint in accordance with the sales growths and coverage objectives
- Steering stock management, claim settlement and providing directions on execution, sales, and process orientation.
- Formulating monthly market report, which includes extensive study & analysis of competitor activities, schemes, new launches, consumer-oriented activities and so on.
- Responsible for distribution management.
- Profit management.
- Zonal administration.
- Team management to achieve organization goal,
- Planning and coordination in production, pricing, service policy, scheme designing.
