- Location Gurgaon
- Experience: 10 + years of Experience
Key responsibilities will include:
- Formulate sales strategies based on market conditions, demographics.
- Accompany team members in the field, meet clients and intervene as and when required.
- Review Sales Reports, Leads Generated and Conversions etc. and discuss with team.
- Ensure adherence to Systems, procedure, policies of the organization.
- Following Operational processes, adhering to compliance requirements, documentation, certifications, etc.
- To effectively manage the business in the concerned region and achieving the sales
- To develop and maintain a strong sales infrastructure and an aggressive sales team.
- To plan, prepare and exist control over sales budget, sales forecast, sales plan etc.
- To ensure coordination and relationship management with dealers and other clients.
- To continuously gain and update category and channel expertise.
- To ensure that sales systems and processes are in place and being used effectively.
- Collaborating with central teams to improve sales process around culture, discipline.
Preferred :
1. RM of a passenger vehicle manufacturer.
2. Director / VP with the ed-tech leaders like Byjus or Unademy
3. Folks from Tier 1 / Tier 2 B School with 7 to 10 years of experience. Target colleges like newer IIMs, NITIE, SIBM, SCHMRD, MDI, IMT, IIT Mumbai / SJSOM, XIMB etc. with experience in start up sales, or FMCG sales, Banking Sales or Telecom sales.
