Responsibilities:
- To effectively plan to achieve the set business target on all the models for the region
- To derive methodically targets for dealers and ensuring achievement
- To develop and conceptualize the sales promotion activity in cooperation with dealers to induce sales
- To analyze and develop a blue print for planning & forecasting for demand and consumption pattern of future models & their volume patterns respectively
- To supervise allocation activity of cars to dealerships of the defined regions with regards to their past consumption trends
- To suggest best suited marketing plan for the entire product line in the region
- To ensure the desired segment share for respective regions
- To keep a tab on the market trends for competitions and Develop alternative plan as and when required
- To drive dealer satisfaction from New Vehicle Sales
- To supervise the CX score and guide dealers and team in improving the same
- To ensure customer satisfaction scores as per targets
Requirements:
- Candidate should be from Automobile industry only taking care of 4-wheeler segment
