Role Description :
- Procurement Planning and Achievement
- Forecast and prepare annual plan with target image For Procurement from different Sources
- Forecast Procurement Plan for next three months Authorized Franchise City Wise
- Anticipate the risks and bottlenecks and plan mitigate actions
- Communicate and deploy strategies and policies to the company and Authorized Franchisee Tieup with B2B and Auction Companies for Bulk Buying
- Retail Planning & Achievement
- Forecast and prepare annual plan with target image for retail from different Sources
- Forecast Retail Plan for next three months Authorized Franchise and City Wise
- Anticipate the risks and bottlenecks and plan mitigate actions
- Communicate and deploy strategies and policies to the company and Authorized Franchisee PDCA and Support Negotiate and arrange the other sales enablers inputs (Retail finance, RTO, Warranties, RSA, Insurance & BTL )
- Conduct weekly PDCA for business improvement actions
- Evaluate Different suitable sources for Procurement & Retail and Plan Accordingly
- Identify opportunities/concern area for the product/market and workout medium and long term strategy
- Evaluate/identify the potential dealer and provide suitable opportunities or challenges
- Facilitate decision making for the team Authorized Franchise and market visit
- Visit key Autorized Franchise/town and coach the sales team and dealers
- Talk to key Authorized Franshise/competition to get market updates/trends
- Check effectiveness on relationships of team with Authorized Franshise
- Check the company standards adherence and initiate corrective actions based on mystery customer audit
- Network development ,Select and recommend parties for dealerships
- Review weak dealers for future course of actions
- Training and development
- Mentor and coach the team
- Develop the succession plan through identify the gaps and training needs for the team
- Identify the competency gaps for field team and suggest learning requirement
- Prioritize and support in execution of new projects/processes
- Represent zone to the senior management Vice versa
- Provide market insights for the strategic actions at organization level
