Job Role :
- Meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting. Also maintaining and improving relationships with the client.
- Responsible for the development and effectiveness review of the Sales Organization's functional capabilities.
Role Description :
- Formulating and executing sales strategies to achieve periodically set milestones.
- Formalization of policies relating to business practices i.e. commercial, financial, Sales, marketing, code of conduct, etc.
- Developing short & long term business plans & its implementation.
- Formulation of Sales Strategies & its roll out.
- Overseeing the sales and marketing operations, thereby achieving increased sales growth.
- Analyzing and develop new markets to drive volumes resulting in augmented business.
- Analyze down stream reports and appraise upward periodically
- Analyze and report competitors strategies upward on pricing, Placing, promos, schemes, Product Features.
- Driving sales efforts involving effective promotional activities, product awareness with high potential clients for growth and profitability.
- Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and tracking competitor activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning the selling and the marketing strategies.
- Managing business development activities and accountable for the top-line profitability and increased sales growth.
- Development of marketing plans to improve brand awareness, brand image and finally improving brand equity.
- Developing sales turnaround strategies - to identify sales process strengths and weakness, to identify sales people strengths and weakness
