Job Opening for ZSM-South- TN, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka - Agriculture products
- Full responsibility for the sales in the assigned states.
- Supervise and manage the operational business and ensure the achievement of the defined targets including the yearly sales budget.
- Responsibility for the sales planning and the outstanding management.
- Manage K+S' growth and expansion within all assigned states.
- Develop a roadmap for future growth option, align with the management and implement this roadmap.
- Leading all sales teams on a day-to-day business by creating an excellent interpersonal relationship.
- Develop and grow the HR set-up in the respective states. Responsibility on hiring/replacing within the sales team.
- Establish K+S as a well-known brand in the water-soluble fertilizer segment all over India
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years' experience in Agricultural input sector, preferably fertilizer
- Experience in leading people in different hierarchical set-up
- Currently holding a similar position or a lower position e.g., as State Manager
- Bachelor/master's degree in agriculture, MBA
- Fluent in English, Hindi and min one more local language
- Willingness to travel intensively in India, Min 75%
- Self-Motivated and should be able to plan and execute business strategies for growth
- Strategic thinking combined with an operational excellence in the everyday tasks
- Strong commercial spirit and sales orientation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, being able to motivate and train the staff to bring the organization to the next level.
- Creative thinking, solution provider and result oriented
- Ability to cope with last minute changes and requests, crisis
- Very good skills with MS Office (Word, Power Point and Excel)
