We are looking for Zonal Sales Manager for Hyderabad Location

Position :Zonal Sales Manager- Crop Care

Reports To :Business Head - Crop Care

Place of Posting :Zonal HQ

Experience (years) : 12+ years of experience in Sales of Pesticides

Qualification - B.Sc(Ag)/M.Sc(Ag.) + MBA/P.G.Dip in Mgt.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Market Development:

- Taking care of the sales with focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth.

- Identifying suitable markets for the product

- Creating sales network as per the demand trend.

- Formulate Market strategy for various states with the help of the team and track performance.

- Oversee the sales promotion activities of various states and track performance.

- Market analysis for identifying market needs.

- Designing channel development strategies

- Keep a track of the competitor strategy and make changes accordingly if required.

Distributor Management:

- Plan the distributor & dealer network required for various states.

- Review the distributor & dealer performance on an ongoing basis.

- Develop good interpersonal relations with the dealer for fostering business partnerships.

- Ensure proper after sales services by distributors & dealers by formulating SOP’s and tracking their performance.

Sales:

- Formulating Sales budget for the zone basis discussion with the management.

- Cascading the sales budget for various territories with the respective Regional Managers.

- Review & monitor performance of the states.

- Head the monthly & quarterly review meetings across the zone.

- Guide & motivate the team for achievement of sales targets.

- Plan various sales related schemes for the zone.

Credit Control:

- Recommend credit limits for the distributors and dealers basis the timelines & SOP’s laid by the management.

- Formulate the collection strategy for the states and share the regional targets accordingly.

- Manage & review collection performance of different territories..

Team Management

- Lead and manage the team of Regional Managers, Area Managers & Territory Exec’s across the zone.

- Delegate and monitor periodical performance of the team and share feedback.
