Zonal Sales Manager (Affordable Segment)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the affordable housing segment in Hyderabad.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, real estate agents, and financial institutions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns and product offerings tailored to the affordable housing segment.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
