A leading FinTech startup is looking for a Zonal Sales Lead who can take their targets to the next level.

This role will need someone who has handled teams and has experience of building, growing & managing different sales channels.

Please note: This role needs someone who had Direct Selling experience in B2B domain along with exposure to Lending/Business Loans, so only apply if you have done this.

Key Aspects of the role:

- Manage different teams and track and report key performance metrics.

- Take ownership of the regional P&L (Grow revenues from that region).

- Build different sales channels for each product from scratch.

- Forecast staffing needs, oversee all hiring stages.

- Conduct & derive insights from market research and establish new sales channels in SME/MSME segment.

- Develop segmentation strategies and identify new distribution channels.

To fit the bill:

- 8+ years' experience in B2B Sales.

- Experience in Lending/Business Loans (Mandatory)

- Experience in hiring, managing and scaling different teams.

- Should have good connect in the SME/MSME segment.

- Strong communication skills along with data-driven approach.
