Zonal Sales Head - West & North - Farm Equipment Finance - NBFC

Will be responsible to handle P&L for entire West India & North India for Farm Equipment Finance (Tractor Finance) as Zonal Sales Head.

- Handling sales and marketing for the farm equipment finance specifically of Tractor Finance in Western India & Northern India.

- Handling team of senior professionals based at different locations.

- Spread business in assigned zones through team.

- Responsible for P&L of business (Farm Equipment-Tractor Finance) in heading zones.

- Setting up of sales channels.

- Training, Motivating & Performance Evaluation of team.

- Planning & achieving disbursement targets in terms of market share & value.
