Position: Zonal Sales Head
Role:
- There are 2 roles, one for West Zonal Sales Head and one for South Zonal Sales Head
- Responsible for leading sales efforts in the respective zones so as to achieve revenue targets across channels
- Align processes and systems to enhance sales productivity across channels
- Team Management: Lead a team of 8 direct reportees and around 700-800 employees
- Team Training
- Lead all efforts towards meeting and exceeding the zonal revenue targets through implementation of efficient and quality sales processes, systems and profit improvement plans
Requirements:
- MBA with 15+ yrs of experience in Sales at a Zonal Head Level in a Telecom, Insurance or Financial Services Company
- Should have handled and led large sales teams
- Strong Sales/ Distribution experience
- Excellent Leadership and People Management skills
- Strong and Articulate Communication
