JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Targets setting for the team and ensure that the targets are met.

- Managing entire sales cycle.

- Handling team of TMs & RMs.

- Provide them support to gain the adequate information for ongoing projects.

- Responsible for making joint calls with sales team.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :

- Candidates from Real Estate Sales are preferred.

- Candidates with recent 1 year experience in Real Estate + previous experience in Insurance Sector are also preferred.

- Should be good in Direct sales.

- Achieving the Sales target in his assigned area.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
