Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Zonal Sales Heads to join our esteemed interior wooden design and manufacturing company. With Base locations in Hyderabad / Bangalore / Mumbai / Gurgaon, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales within the zone, primarily targeting Premium Architects, Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), and high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's objectives to penetrate the premium segment of the market and expand the reach of the business in the assigned zonal territories.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Premium Architects, Ultra HNIs, and key stakeholders within the high-end residential projects segment.

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence and increase sales revenue.

- Sales Target Achievement: Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently towards achieving and exceeding them within the designated zone, and also be responsible for the respective Branch sales.

- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and utilize this information to drive sales strategies.

- Product Knowledge and Presentation: Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's interior wooden design products and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.

- Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the zonal sales team to perform at their best and achieve individual and collective sales targets.

- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as business development team and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and superior customer satisfaction.

- Budget Management: Efficiently manage the sales budget allocated for the zone and ensure optimal utilization of resources to maximize ROI.

Desired Profile:

- Bachelor's/ Master Degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred.

- 15 - 20 years of Key Account Management, project sales, team management and leadership experience, good network with premium architects & HNIs.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

- Strong team management and problem-solving skills.

- Sound negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

- Willingness to work in a 6 - day week (Monday to Saturday).
