Looking For Zonal Sales Head (West)- LAP with NBFC
- Planning and achieving Sales Growth for the assigned region in line with the company's objectives.
- Ensuring growth of every category month on month.
- Assigning targets to SMs and RSM- s, SSM's by Category and being accountable for the overall teams performance.
- Reporting on a daily basis to the Sales Head.
- Training and Development of the Team members.
- Ensuring proper updation and maintenance of various reporting formats.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Should also keep an eye for Talented Resources for building the team later.
- Efficient cross functional team management.
- Responsible for generating revenue through SMB.
- Identify potential markets spaces and customers
- Define the annual sales target in consultation with Business Head
- Establishing branches and zones for ease of sales administration
- Build the team required for achievement of targets
- Be responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in conjunction with the Company's annual business plan.
- Sourcing and reporting on business opportunities in affordable LAP sector.
- Responsible for supervision of monthly sales targets & MIS
- Motivate team to excel in achievement of annual targets
- Budgeting and forecasting the sales figure
- Identify appropriate resources and place the in the require market
