Zonal Sales Head - D2H Services

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Own the end-to-end responsibility of setting up, onboarding employees, launching and driving the services portfolio in a defined geography.

- Create policies, structure and SOPs to run the business smoothly and consistently across the zone

- Work in close coordination with the central services team to fine tune the offering, introduce regional variants, arrive at pricing models etc.

- Create and drive awareness of the various services on ground using activations and activities to drive business

- Develop appropriate field structures to support the business models and customer types to deliver a superior customer experience.

- Develop & run a comprehensive painter engagement program in coordination with central services team. End to end responsibility to onboard, train, engage and drive business through the influencer channels

- Work in close coordination with the trade sales team to drive regional/zonal priorities for the organization

- Develop and put in place a comprehensive influencer engagement program focused on architects and interior designers in coordination with the central team.

- Responsible for direct engagement of the top 10% of influencers across the geography

- Own the revenue generation, delivery of services and tracking the progress against the associated metrics of the zone.
