Purpose of the Job
- To Manage a Sales & Distribution Business for the Circle.
JOB Profile :
1. Achieve Net/Gross additions in Pre Paid segment
2. Achieve Net/Gross additions in FWP segments
3. Drive Channel Expansion & Market Development
4. Achieve Tertiary recharge revenue target
5. Implement Sales Management Process
6. Ensure a high Channel Satisfaction score
7. Ensure adequate quality of manpower at Channel Partners.
8. Building channel productivity
9. Increase distribution spread
10. Managing customer relationships to minimize churn
11.Managing team performance and motivation in a highly competitive market
12. Increase net additions and acquisition rental revenue
13. Managing workforce to leverage opportunities for cross-selling of different products
14. To ensure customer Satisfaction by keeping a check on complaints/ wrong commitments by team/enquires etc
Desired Profile:
- Education: Candidate from tier 1 or tier 2 institutes only need to apply from 2007-2011 batch.
