ZONAL / Regional Heads - Pvt Banking / Wealth Management / Private Client Group , (HNI/UHNI)
1) It's a role of Team Management.
2) Should have a team of atleast 10-12 Relationship Managers with an AUM of at least Rs. 75 Cr per RM, managing HNI / UHNI clients with investment > 1 Cr per client.
3) Candidate having own set of Client relationships & Asset Under Management (AUM), and who have handled different geographies would be preferred.
4) (S)he would be responsible for acquiring & managing HNI / UHNI relationships and also managing team of RMs operating out of same or different territories.
5) Recruitment and managing a team of Wealth Relationship Managers / Senior Relationship Managers.
6)The Wealth Relationship Manager will be Responsible for acquiring Privileged / Preferred clients (HNI/Ultra HNI - min AUM of Rs. 1 Cr & above clients).
7)Recruiting, training, and ensuring seamless induction to the newly joined team members and managing attrition within the team.
8)Focus Products: Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Direct Equity, Structured & Debt Products.
