Zonal/Regional Finance Role - CA

KRA:

1. Business partner support in areas of Cost Control, Revpar Management, DRF review, Target/AOP achievement.

2. Resolving GMs query on P&L at month end

3. Asset partner recon and payment for lease.

4. Vendor partner recon and payment for F&B, VAS.

5. Tracking GNP and Cash Uncollected at SOB properties. Perform surprise visit for defaulter property

6. Darwin expense review and spoc to drive cost productivity initiative

7. Liaison with local legal spoc on Purge recovery

8. Co-ordinating with central team and driving key initiatives during the year..

Education:

CA with 3-4 years of experience (1st Attempt)
