Zonal Program Lead - Handlooms - Philanthropic organisations

1 To be primarily responsible for effective and efficient implementation of the Handloom programming

2 To facilitate program planning and implementation at zone/state level by identifying weaving clusters for intervention and facilitate formation of cluster level teams

3 To manage budget, monitor program indicators and time lines in each cluster of his/her zone

4 To mentor cluster level teams in preparing cluster level plans in sync with the overall program design

5 To closely steer the cluster level teams while being on the ground in each cluster in a planned manner and working closely with the program beneficiaries.

6 To coordinate with Panel of Designers, Merchandiser, Marketing Manager and Market access partners for creating vibrant micro-enterprises of graduate weavers

7 To ensure action research, documentation and data collection in systematic way to provide inputs for analysis and course correction to design team

8 To partner with weavers service centers and other government departments for convergence of relevant government schemes

9 Work closely with program design team to identify areas in need of strengthening and initiation of new work

10 Any other assignment relevant to the work assigned by Head Crafts
