Zonal Portfolio Manager - NBFC

Functional Role : Portfolio Lead

Qualification : CA/CFA/CPA/MBA

Location : New Delhi

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Underwriting and Managing the portfolio for North Zone (Delhi NCR , PCH, Rajasthan, UP, UK, and Bihar)

- Manage the portfolio quality and ensure compliance to policy norms.

- Responsible for setting up and executing efficient processes.

- Driving Credit Culture

- Responsible for Team building & Guiding business team

- Approving Limit - 3 Cr

Companies : NBFC, if bank (candidate should have affordable product knowledge as well with Home Loan & Loan Against Property)

- Knowledge of the Product as well as the Market

- Analytical skills
