- Formation of decentralized Retail Operations setup in West Region.

- Keeping score card above 90% for various operational parameters in the entire loan life cycle.

- Maintaining quality in disbursements

- Improvement in quality and reduction in TAT, New systems and process implementation.

- Implementation of E Mandate registration in pockets wherein tech bounce are high.
