Reporting To: O & M Head

Responsibilites

1. Driving Site Uptime to ensure the highest uptime for all Opco.

2. Drive efficiency in bottom lines. Focus on penalty and other cost of operations

3. Drive Customer Delight by Providing customers with Highest uptime and other best in class managed services

4. Design and Implement New Process for the function and Measure the Process Performance

5. Sending of Daily report, Monthly report, EB Readings, GCU/PIU readings in time at definite intervals as predefined.

6. Developing a system to control theft cases by proper checks and balances. Vendors to be informed of all such mechanisms to stop malpractices.

7. Material stock control and reconciliation on a specific interval.

8. Driving Cost control initiatives and reduction of cost in terms of Opex and replacement CAPEX.

9. To liaison with the equipment manufacturer and arrange for training of technicians in the particular equipment supplied by them

10. Analyze the overall consumption of diesel at sites and proper accounting of diesel.

11. Driving Site visit as per SAMS and Non-Financial PP Closure
