Zonal Marketing Manager - Education

Responsibilities:

- Handle complete Marketing for the Zone.

- Design localized/region-specific campaigns, including activations, admission drives, content localization, and field sales enablement.

- Manage Zonal Markets, liaison with local players (rotary club etc.), event management.

- Identify & effectively implement Major and Key initiatives at zonal level in the areas of Market Development and Sales

Operation

- Identify success stories and replicate in other parts of the zone. Also share with HO for replication in other parts of India

- Understand user funnels and identify opportunity for improvement and suggest best practices that can be leveraged across the team

Requirements:

- 4-6 years- experience in developing marketing strategies and implementation

- First principles problem solving, analytical skills and curiosity to solve business problems

- Has a creative bent of mind with an interest in generating customer insights

- Contributions to the Education industry desirable

Qualifications

- MBA from Tier 1/2 institute.
