Position: Zonal HR - Manager/ Sr Manager (Leading MNC Pharma Company)
Role:
- Design and implement zonal HR plans in partnership with Regional Business Director
- Responsible for end-to-end HR at the Zonal Level, which will include recruitment, training & development, performance evaluation, OD, HR admin, HRIS, employee engagement, etc.
- Anticipate and plan for HR needs and trends at the zone
- Liaise with sales managers to develop and implement local HR strategy appropriate for their business needs and in tune with the organization's HR strategy
- Guide zonal sales training team and ensures that the training needs of the zones are met
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition and Management at the zonal level
- Leads/supervise a team of professionals which includes HR Business Partners and Training & Development, Professionals
- Accountable for the budget, performance of its team members
Requirements:
- Fulltime MBA (HR)
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in HR in generalist and specialist roles including training and development
- Candidates from the Pharma Industry will be preferred
- Should have some exposure to IR
Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, New Delhi
