We are looking for a experienced e-commerce professional who is passionate about driving seller acquisition growth through performance marketing and has proven his capabilities in this domain by managing multiple channel / networks at scale.
Job Location: Gurgaon
Role & Responsibilities:
- Play the lead role in developing the Company Strategy for Territory assigned
- Regional Responsibilities of bringing the supplier acquisition strategy to life by driving rapid growth amongst in the identified Vendors & Categories.Win Territory with Speed and Intelligence
- Work cross-functionally with In-Market teams, Head Office, Business Operations,
- Platform, Measurement/Metrics, and Product Marketing to optimize our vertical efforts
- Manage all process for territory and evaluation of team performance on Success Rates on daily basis
- Acquiring and managing all key client accounts for Company
- Support Local Marketing and PR & closely work with direction from Head Office.
- Own Weekly and Monthly growth objectives
Personal attributes and competencies:
- 4+ years of sales or business development experience for Brands
- Proven business acumen and success in pioneering in SME and above business for International Brands in Lifestyle Categories
- Experienced in developing a channel partners community and establishing high channel performance and efficiency
Basic Qualifications:
- MBA from Top B-schools
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required.
- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers.
- Must be metrics-driven.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple work-streams
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to do analysis and reporting
