Zonal Manager - Sales - Staffing Services (10-15 yrs)
Working Conditions:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals by gathering distributors' monthly orders.
- Positive interactions with government agencies
- Project pipeline management and channel management for CCTV systems.
- Create and uphold connections with significant integrators, consultants, contractors, end users, and governmental bodies.
- Identify key consultants and end users in the area and contact them. Working together with channel partners and clients, identify and develop project opportunities.
- Establishing relationships with partners, customers, and SI through marketing communication.
- The main technical contact for the business with integrators, clients, and partners.
- Be diligent in your responses to questions and/or concerns regarding IP/Network goods and technology that are raised by the Product Management team, clients, and internal sales teams.
- Conduct technical sales trainings for consultants, clients, and integrators.
- Create a thorough and coordinated corporate development plan. Implement the aforementioned company development strategy in the aforementioned areas
- Complete the required reports for management promptly.
- A marketing analysis of the market, the competition, and consumer needs.
- Provide corporate leadership with market input on rival offerings, customer wants, and potential product developments.
