Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems;; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
- Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Works in close co-ordination with the Application and Specification team to make presentations and demonstrations to Specifiers and effectively addressing key projects.
- Manages and service existing dealers/distributors, identify, appoint and handle new project dealers.
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
- Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Correctly fill design templates for Lighting Application Cell and offer relevant solutions thereof.
- Recover company's outstanding payments, C-Forms, samples etc.
- Maintain monthly record/follow up of samples collection along with internal sales.
- Responsible for the Region's forecasting and sales tracking
- Set the vision for the Region and develops and adheres to a business plan to attain this vision.
- Provide quality leadership for Company's internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding
- Company Values at all times: inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.
- Conducts & Attends a monthly meeting at Regional Office, with updated client, commercial and project databank
- Abide by Reporting Formats and Policies as well as Code of Conduct defined by Company
