Zonal Sales Manager
- The person will be working with the Sales teams
- Making Long term and Short-Term Goals for business development of Company
- Coordinating between Company and Field Staff
- Making Business plans and strategies
- Review and Analysis of implementation of business plans and strategies
- Reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sale of zone.
- Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship
- Market review of new products and services
- Keeping up to date about company products, services, and schemes
- Monitoring activities, products, and services of competitors
The Person should possess strong approach as mentioned below:
- Proven experience working in sales with innovative healthcare startups or Pharma companies for 10-12 years
- Successful experience in complete Sales Packages means should have all qualities to sell any product
- In-depth understanding of the sales network of a company
- Advanced written and verbal communication skill
- Target driven approach
- Ability to coordinate with large teams
- Pediatrics', Prescription sales business experience is must
- Must have experience of hospital sales
