Areas of Responsibility Description of responsibility
Sales Planning :
1. Manage the BDF budget effectively to ensure its within the budgeted % to CS
2. OTIF planning & roll-out of monthly FAP & RSF & NPD
3. Develop & execute Special scheme within budget
4. Prepare annual targets for customers
Sales Analytics :
1. Ensure daily, weekly, monthly sales reporting as per standards & protocols
2. Claim tracker - maintenance and clearance as per SOP
3. Bandhan and CSCS records and analysis
4. Sales KPIs dashboard - sales (incl. returns), inventory, CNF & NPD performance
5. Gladiator update
Business Development :
1. Prepare focus market planning in detail with monthly analysis
2. Drive sales through alternate channels (eg. school project)
3. Drive other zonal sales projects
Program accountability :
1. Meeting Bandhan & CSCS KPIs
2. Planning of monthly Bandhan tactical input
3. OTIF Execution of Bandhan & CSCS enrollment
Leadership & People Management :
1. Providing On the Job (OTJ) Training to his reportees and SOs
2. Responsible for 'Star' grading of SOs
3. Create a growth path for this team within the organization & keep them motivated
Candidate Profile:
Sales Planning, Sales Analytics, and Business Development
MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Premier institutes
Normal & 6 days working
Dual Reporting: Zonal Head & National Sales Development Manager
Direct Team - 1 to 2 MIS Officer
